CLUB 1722
1722 N. Charles Street
410/727-7431
HOURS:
Daily, 12am-5am
When most other bars are wrapping it up around 2am, Club 1722
is just getting started. The club is becoming an extremely
popular place for retreat after all the other bars in town close
for the evening. Although this largely gay after-hours club does
not sell alcohol, you can bring your own. The 3-story club sees
a tremendous variety in its crowd, young and old, gay and
straight, and everyone is dancing all night long. The club’s
DJs play some slamming house music, so expect a huge crowd and
lines out the door on weekends.

HOURS:
Daily, 6pm to 2am
Club Charles is one of the most popular, if not THE most
popular club in downtown Baltimore. There are all types in here,
from tight-ass business executives to junkies. Although the club
is located in an unsafe neighborhood, just be sure to park in a
well-lit area or try to carpool with friends. The club is also
directly across the street from Everyman Theater, and is a prime
spot for theater patrons who want to cap the night off (or begin
it) with a couple of rounds. Unfortunately, music is coming from
the jukebox; however, the club is known for its celebrity
clientele. Do not leave this place without trying a Nuclear Fizz
-- a house specialty drink.
